The Repeating Fate Teppo is obtained as a reward for successfully defeating the
Akiyama Agent during the
"Kurai Eikyou" quest. This quest becomes available after you complete the
"A Chance Encounter" story mission, which occurs in the
11th chapter of the main campaign, titled
"Fall of the Shinbafuku."Step-by-Step Acquisition:
Progress to Chapter 11 and Complete "A Chance Encounter": Continue playing through the main storyline of Assassin's Creed Shadows until you reach the eleventh chapter, "Fall of the Shinbafuku," and successfully complete the "A Chance Encounter" story mission. This will unlock the "Kurai Eikyou" quest. Initiate the "Kurai Eikyou" Quest: Once the "Kurai Eikyou" quest becomes available, a new objective marker will appear on your map. Navigate to this marker, which will lead you to Gokenin in the Yamato region. Speak with Gokenin: Engage in a conversation with Gokenin. He will task you with hunting down a total of five agents.
