The Dragon's Wrath Bow is a reward for eliminating a specific target within the Kurai Eikyou assassination questline.1 However, you do not need to formally start the quest to acquire the bow. You can head directly to the target: the Tsutsui Agent.

Target Location: The Tsutsui Agent is located inside Koriyama Castle, specifically within the Retainer's Quarters.
Castle Location: Koriyama Castle is situated in the Yamato Province, nestled between the Nara Heartland and Katsuragi regions.
Reaching the Retainer's Quarters: Once you are near Koriyama Castle, head to the north of the main castle structure. You will find the Retainer's Quarters in this area.

Stealth is Key:

The area surrounding the Retainer's Quarters is heavily guarded by Samurai. It is highly recommended to utilize stealth to navigate the area.

Take your time to observe guard patterns.
