Fortunately, there are some steps you can take to fix the “A Ubisoft Service Is Currently Unavailable” error. Here is what you can do:
- 1. Update your computer’s time and date settings: To do this, press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. Type “timedate.cpl” (without quotes) and press Enter. In the Date and Time window, set the time and date to the current ones.
- 2. Update the Internet Protocol version: To do this, press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. Type “ncpa.cpl” (without quotes) and press Enter. Click the Network Adapter you’re currently using, then go to its properties. Select Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and disable it.
- 3. Update your DNS server addresses: To do this, press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. Type “ncpa.cpl” (without quotes) and press Enter. Select the Network Adapter you’re currently using, then go to its properties. Set the DNS server addresses to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
- 4. Check if the Ubisoft Connect application is up-to-date: Visit the Ubisoft website and download the latest version of Ubisoft Connect. Install it on your PC or mobile device.
- 5. Perform a Network Reset: Go to the Network & Internet, then click the Network Reset option. Click the Start button, then select the Reset now option.
