To formally resign from your division, you will need to locate a designated non-player character (NPC) named Khaotxc.  

Identifying Khaotxc:


Khaotxc possesses distinct visual characteristics: spiky black hair, a white star adorning his shirt, black and white striped sleeves, and a large sword carried on his back. Utilize the following methods to facilitate his location:

  • 1. Stone Archway: As you approach the prominent stone archway in Soul Society, proceed past the lantern and staircase. Look to your right; Khaotxc might be positioned against the wall there.
  • 2. Second Division Icon: Access the in-game map function by pressing the comma key (","). This will display icons representing the various divisions. Locate the flower-like symbol signifying the Second Division. Follow this icon until you encounter a wide path with a clear entryway. Turn right from this point.
  • 3. Big Tower: Identify the prominent tower featuring a yellow roof within Soul Society. Khaotxc should be stationed in close proximity to this landmark, potentially near a small wooden ladder.

Formal Resignation:


Once you have located Khaotxc, interact with him using the appropriate key. During this interaction, politely express your intention to resign from your current division. He will likely request confirmation to finalize the process.  Confirm your choice, and you will be successfully removed from the division.

Additional Considerations:


  • There are no limitations on rejoining your previous division or transitioning to another one at any time.
  • Exploring different divisions allows you to identify the one that best aligns with your preferred playstyle and in-game objectives.
