The first thing you should do is enter the Lake of Indignation. This is in the Wild Sword Area and the Pokémon Shield. To get there, you will need to use the Water Mode of the bike, which will be available once you have reached your sixth gym badge.
When you finally reach the Lake, you will notice a stone structure. Where each rock needle will have a different type of Evolution Stone just to the side. Then you must collect them to receive one of each of the 8 types of stones in total.
