Completing this quest will give you two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points, making this quest well worth your time. Learn how to obtain and use the Sacrificial Heart in Path of Exile 2, and earn two passive skill points in the process.

How to get Sacrificial Heart in Path of Exile 2?

This is a complete Act 3 quest and takes place in the drowned city of Aggorat, accessible in both Normal and Cruel difficulties in PoE2. Once there, kill any enemies, as it is possible for any monster on this map to drop the Sacrificial Heart, which will be in green text when it hits the ground, easy to identify and pick up. While there isn't a particular foe that drops the Sacrificial Heart, you can make sure to get it by defeating every enemy on the Aggorat map.

With the Sacrificial Heart in hand, the item will be stuck within your inventory in a 2×2 grid space until you complete the related quest. While you are within Aggorat, complete this quest for a great reward and to free your inventory space as well.

Using the Sacrificial Heart

Now that you are in possession of the Sacrificial Heart, it's time to use it for your ritual. Find the ritual area, which is off the edge of the Aggorate zone, usually on the northeast side of the map and not too far from the Black Chambers exit of Aggorat. As you explore, pay attention to your minimap. You'll see that the site where you'll complete this quest and use the Sacrificial Heart is labeled as 'Blood Sacrifice'.

In the Blood Sacrifice area, you will be presented with a platform with two necessary items: green-text Sacrificial Dagger item and white-text action to Place Sacrificial Heart. To start off, click on the white text; that will put the Sacrificial Heart on the altar. Pick up the Sacrificial Dagger now and choose the newly presented white text labeled Stab Sacrificial Heart. Your character will perform the ritual of quick stabbing, and this quest will be complete.

Rewards for the Sacrificial Heart quest

Right off the bat, stabbing the Sacrificial Heart at the Blood Sacrifice Area will immediately grant you two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points and another two Passive Skill Points. If you were to ever switch your weapons, those two will still be yours for use. Passive Skill Points are super valuable and, other than leveling up, they're mostly rewarded by doing certain quests throughout the acts.

This is, without a doubt, one pretty interesting quest because it does make the quest available at Normal and Cruel difficulties. Now, your journey begins looking for the Sacrificial Heart in order to find Blood Sacrifice area where you plunge it in. At the end of this, you will get four total points: two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points and another couple of Passive Skill points at both difficulties.

This quest is the only way to obtain those two points in both Act 3 Normal and Act 3 Cruel. Apart from the main quests, the remaining two acts of each difficulty have two unique quests. You can receive a total of 12 Passive Skill Points and 12 Weapon Set Passive Skill Points by completing these. You will achieve this by completing certain side quests across all three Acts and both difficulties.
