Head out and search for a map, or a few, then come across an NPC named the pirate Jack Marrow. This guy is located at Forsaken Shores docks southwest of Moosewood. He will be in a cave working his way to the center of the island.

Be prepared to spend 250C$ for each fixed map, so bring enough money before heading out to Marrow. Once they are placed, they will guide you to the treasure, but you will have to do some work too.

Finding hidden treasures in Fisch

Only after the map is fixed will you be able to get into the places where the true coordinates show. Buy the GPS as early as possible in the game in Moosewood Pond and enjoy its services. This will cost you a mere 100C$ and thus is quite cheap. It will then easily help you out in finding treasure. Know how to read the coordinates:

X represents the distance from the reference point east or west. Relation to the depth at that location. Z will indicate the direction, if north or south of this location.

Once you have deciphered the coordinates on the map, it is time to insert those coordinates into your GPS just to see where the treasure will emerge from.
