The photo mode, a feature increasingly common in video games, will be present in Metro Exodus, the new installment of the saga of post-apocalyptic shooters for consoles and PCs. This was announced by 4A Games and Deep Silver.

According to an official announcement made by both companies, this new feature that will allow the player to capture the post-apocalyptic world of the game in an instant, will be available on all platforms where Metro Exodus will debut. This means that you can enjoy it through PS4, Xbox One and PC from next February 15th.

Jon Bloch, Executive Producer of 4A Games, said that "Photo Mode has been one of the characteristics most demanded by the Metro community. It's relatively rare in first-person shooters, but the studio has decided to do the job and give Metro fans the opportunity to capture their own stories from the Russian yeol, "he concluded.

Another detail that is quite interesting is that the PC version of Metro: Exodus, will have support for Ansel. That's right, it is a high resolution screen capture software owned by Nvidia. For those who have a compatible GPU and the app, they can create more complex photographs and shots with 4K resolution or higher, without mentioning that they can enjoy the video game with RTX Ray Tracing technology.

At the moment, 4A Games has not revealed more details about the features that this option will have, so stay tuned for more information about it. Then we leave you a little more information about Metro Exodus.
