The first-person survival video game for PS4, Xbox One and PC developed by 4A Games will come with the most ambitious adventure so far, keeping the good of the previous and taking advantage of the possibilities offered by open worlds.
In 2010 Metro 2033 was published, an action adventure with great atmosphere and a lot of personality in which the survivors take refuge from the mutants. And now there is less and less to enjoy the third installment of the saga, the long-awaited Metro Exodus that has been developed in two venues, 4A Games Ukraine and 4A Games Malta, by a team of more than 150 people. This delivery takes place in post-apocalyptic Russia, based on the novels of Dmitry Glukhovsky, and the most ambitious of the saga. Having as official release date this next February 15.
Although many shooters have been played, including a sequel, the 4A Games proposal is still unique. The most remarkable feature of this third installment is that the anguished tunnels of the Moscow Metro will be abandoned and you can travel all over Russia aboard the Aurora, a huge train where you can travel with other fellow adventurers. In this way you can visit different locations, which will be one of its strengths, the variety of settings and settings. From frozen areas to deserts and forests, each world having its particularities, with different types of enemies, such as mutant creatures, sects and wild animals, weather conditions and even vehicles.
In a very advanced beta version we have found three levels called, Volga, Caspian and Taiga. These are three open, non-linear scenarios totally disconnected from each other, which will be visited consecutively as the plot progresses. The two largest have been explored are the snowy and desert area, which each can offer about 6 hours of play, everything will depend on the time spent to explore the locations or the difficulty in playing . On the other hand, the third scenario is set in a mountain and forest area, which has a more linear structure.
Metro Exodus takes place during the year 2035, in different parts of the continent. With the snowy plains on the outskirts of Moscow and a completely new map in the Caspian basin, now turned into a desert. It would be a fascinating journey, but not everything will be as easy as it seems, since in all these environments are full of bands of savages, mutant creatures and sects. At the moment it is unknown how many scenarios it will have in total, However, the team of 4A Games have revealed that it has a size comparable to that of the first two games together.

Metro Exodus has a completely clean interface. To know where to go, you should take the map and consult it, without even having a list of missions, only indicates what will be the next objective to continue the story. Without forgetting the secondary missions and optional zones in which to find extra resources, something that is of vital importance in a game like this, where ammunition and objects are scarce. All these places will be indicated on the map when speaking with characters.
