The Lil’ Bark Time Trial

To unlock the Cursed Tome, you must defeat the first boss, Lil’ Bark, on the Forest map before the five-minute mark.

  • Locate the Boss: Start the run on the Forest map and immediately focus on finding the boss portal. Don't waste time clearing unnecessary areas.
  • Optimize for Damage: Spend the first couple of minutes collecting XP and prioritizing upgrades that boost your damage output. You need raw power to kill the boss fast.
  • Activate Strategically: Aim to activate the boss portal around the four-minute mark. This gives you a crucial buffer to both prepare for the fight and take down Lil' Bark before the five-minute timer expires.
  • Recommended Setup:

    • Weapons: Equip high-clearing weapons like the Revolver, Bananarang, and Aura. Their speed and wide coverage are perfect for thinning the field and hitting the boss.
