How To Use Photo Mode in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, renowned for its realistic gameplay and immersive world, also boasts stunning scenery. The developers have meticulously recreated the diverse environments of medieval Bohemia, from humble villages to imposing castles. To allow players to preserve these breathtaking vistas, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 features a dedicated Photo Mode.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: How To Use Photo Mode

Activating Photo Mode

Activating Photo Mode is simple across all platforms.

• PC (Keyboard): Press F1.
• PC (Controller) & Consoles: Press both R3 and L3 (the two joysticks) simultaneously.

Photo Mode offers a free camera for capturing images without the game's HUD. While functional, its customization options are basic compared to some other games, lacking features like saturation adjustment, focus control, and filters. This simplicity, however, aligns with the game's focus on historical realism.

Photo Mode Controls

Keyboard Controls:

• E: Take screenshot (F12 can also be used on Steam).
• X: Hide HUD.
• Left Caps Lock: Slow down free camera speed.
• Left Shift: Increase free camera speed.
• Esc: Exit Photo Mode.

Controller Controls:

• A/X: Take screenshot.
• X/Square: Hide HUD.
• LT: Move camera upward.
• RT: Move camera downward.
• B/Circle: Exit Photo Mode.

Note: Photo Mode is unavailable during cutscenes.

Screenshot Save Locations

PC: Screenshots are saved to a dedicated folder within your Pictures directory:

C:\Users\(Username)\Pictures\kingdomcome2

If using Steam's screenshot function (or other capture software), images will be saved in that program's designated folder.

Consoles: Screenshots are saved to the system's default location.

• Xbox Series S/X: Capture & Share section.
