Where To Find Merchants For Stolen Items in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Stealing is a viable, though risky, tactic in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The game's realistic crime system allows players to acquire goods through lockpicking and pickpocketing, with nighttime providing the most opportune (and least witnessed) moments. However, simply possessing stolen items can lead to arrest. This guide explains how to sell stolen goods early in the game without getting caught.

Selling Stolen Items: Initial Challenges

Attempting to sell stolen items to regular merchants will result in refusal. They will recognize the goods as stolen and refuse to trade.

Unlocking Merchant Sales: Speech Perks

As players progress and level up their Speech skill, they will gain access to perks that allow them to sell stolen goods to regular merchants.

• Hustler Perk (Speech Level 10): This perk unlocks the ability to sell stolen items to merchants without repercussions.
  
  
• Partner in Crime Perk (Speech Level 20): This perk further enhances the ability to sell stolen goods.
  
  

Selling to a Fence: An Early Alternative

For players who need quick cash and haven't yet reached the required Speech levels, Fences provide an alternative. The earliest Fence players canaccess is Whitebeard, located within the Nomad's Camp west of Troskovitz (the starting town). Whitebeard will purchase stolen items, offering areasonable price.
