Where to Find All Craftmetals in Hollow Knight Silksong

In Hollow Knight: Silksong, Craftmetal is a rare and essential resource used for upgrading your gear and crafting powerful tools for Hornet. These materials are scattered across Pharloom's intricate, labyrinthine maps, making them easy to miss for new players.This guide will provide a comprehensive list of every known Craftmetal location, as well as an explanation of how to use the materials once you've found them.

All Craftmetal Locations in Hollow Knight: Silksong

There are eight pieces of Craftmetal to be found throughout the game. Here is where you can find each one:

• Bone Bottom: Upon entering this area, move to the far left to find a merchant named Pebb. You can purchase one piece of Craftmetal from her for 60 Rosaries. This is often the first Craftmetal players acquire and is a great way to get a head start.
• The Marrow: From the central Bench in The Marrow, head east. You will pass a crumbling platform and then need to drop down. Look for a glowing, explosive rock in the wall. Hitting this rock will reveal a secret path. Enter the path and drop down, being careful to avoid the spikes. At the bottom, you'll need to hit another explosive rock, which will cause a chain reaction. Once the explosions clear, you will find the Craftmetal jutting from the wall.
• Deep Docks: This Craftmetal is located within a chest behind a heavy, locked door in the Deep Docks. To open the door, you'll need the Simple Key. Once inside, you'll find a chest at the bottom of the room that holds the Craftmetal.
• Blasted Steps: There's a hidden section in the northeast part of the Blasted Steps. Look for a narrow, tucked-away path in the dipped portion of the region. This passage leads to a secret area where a piece of Craftmetal is wedged in the wall.
• Wisp Thicket: Go to the far western side of the Wisp Thicket. You'll need to break through two ceilings to reach a hidden, secret path. Navigate through this route, fighting any enemies you encounter. The Craftmetal is located at the very end of this secret passage.
• Underworks: The Underworks is a treacherous area, but one piece of Craftmetal is relatively easy to find. From the main bench in this area, drop down two levels and head west. You will soon find the Craftmetal wedged in a wall, ready to be collected.
• Putrefied Ducts: Make your way to the eastern portion of the Putrefied Ducts, which leads to the Fleatopia Bench. From there, continue further east to run directly into the Craftmetal. This piece is located at the far eastern end of this area.
• Choral Chambers: This final piece of Craftmetal is tied to a specific side quest. After you rescue the merchant Jubilana in the Choral Chambers, she will set up shop in the town of Songclave. You can then purchase the last Craftmetal from her for a price of 180 Rosaries.

How to Use Craftmetal in Hollow Knight: Silksong

Once you have collected some Craftmetal, you can use it to upgrade your gear. The primary NPC for this is the Forge Daughter, who can be found in the Deep Docks.

Here's how to access her services:

• Defeat the Bell Beast: You must first defeat the Bell Beast boss, which is located in The Marrow. Defeating this boss will grant you access to the Deep Docks.
• Locate the Forge Daughter: The Forge Daughter is located in the Deep Docks, just past a bench.
• Clear the Room: Before you can speak with her, you'll need to defeat a swarm of enemies within the enclosed room where she is. Once the area is clear, you caninteract with her.
• Craft and Upgrade: The Forge Daughterwill use the Craftmetal you provide to craft new tools and powerfulupgrades for Hornet in exchange for both Rosaries and Craftmetal.
