Silksong: All Slab Key Locations

Key of Apostate Location

The Key of Apostate is found in the upper section of Bilewater, a neighboring area to the Slab. This key is particularly important for players looking to find the Mask Shard located within the Slab.

• Start at the Upper Section of Bilewater: Make your way to the upper part of the Bilewater area.
• Climb and Find a Hidden Passage: From your starting point, begin to climb the walls, looking for hidden passages. The area is filled with them, so keep a sharp eye out.
• Enter the Top-Left Passage: Once you've located a hidden passage in the upper-left section, move into it.
• Navigate Through the Passage: Continue moving through this hidden passage until you come across a gap.
• Jump the Gap and Continue: Carefully jump over the gap to enter the next section of the passage.
• Find the Key: Continue along this path until you spot a shell. The Key of Apostate is hidden inside this shell.
• Retrieve the Key: Strike the shell twice to break it open and collect your key.

Key of Heretic Location

The Key of Heretic is found within the Slab itself and is typically acquired after defeating a group of enemies.

• Start from a Resting Bench: Begin from a resting bench located in the upper section of the Slab. This bench is a good starting point for your hunt.
• Move to the Right: From the bench, continue moving to the right.
• Find the Vertical Passage: Keep an eye out for a lower, vertical passage that goes underground.
• Proceed Left and Descend: Enter this passage and move left until you find a gate. Approaching the gate will trigger a "Descend" prompt.
• Enter the Lower Base: Once the gate opens, enter the lower base. Be prepared, as this area is guarded by several enemies.
• Defeat the Enemies: Engage and defeat all the enemies within this lower base.
• Loot the Key: After the enemies are defeated, one of them will drop the Key of Heretic. Pick it up to add it to your inventory.

Key of Indolent Location

The Key of Indolent is located in a treacherous, snowy environment that requires careful platforming and the use of the Cling Grip ability.

• Start from the Top of Mount Fay: Begin at the top vertical area of Mount Fay, which is located near the entrance to the Slab.
• Move Left and Find a Vertical Passage: Run to the left until you come across a small vertical passage.
• Climb to the Upper Section: Climb through this passage to reach the upper section on your left.
• Continue and Dodge Traps: Proceed along this path, being mindful of any traps or obstacles. Continue until you reach a dead end.
• Cling Grip Upward: At the dead end, you'll see a vertical passage. Use your Cling Grip ability to wall-climb through it, moving upward until you enter the Slab itself.
• Navigate Platforms: Once inside the Slab, use the platforms to reach the passage on your left.
• Enter the Snowy Environment: Continue moving until the environment changes to a snowy landscape.
• Drop Down and Find a Passage: Jump down and look for a passage located beneath the upper section of the area.
• Descend into the Final Chamber: Enter this passage and keep moving until you find another passage leading downward. Climb down and move to the left.
• Retrieve the Key: You will find the Key of Indolent attached to a metal chain. Hit the chain once to drop the key to the ground, where you can then collect it.
