With our help you will see that knowing How To Unlock Mega-Man in Funko Fusion is easier than you think.
One of the coolest features in Funko Fusion is the cameo quests. Unlike cameo worlds, which are fully playable levels, cameo missions require the player to find a popular pop culture character and have them execute some sort of task. After that, they will have to find the character a further six times in various stages.
It is a favorite character of more than sixty playable characters in the game, and with the help of the players, Mega Man needs to get back to Rush. The following steps will help the players find Mega Man in the seven levels of Funko Fusion and help him unlock the character.
Start Mega Man Cameo Quest
This is the first of seven parts to Funko Fusion's cameo quest that will unleash Mega Man, and it requires locating the character in Scott Pilgrim's Double Dragon level. The character can only be found after beating the level boss and obtaining the key to exit the level.
After exiting to the outdoors, the players will want to take a left and go straight down the street. Outside the Paws and Claws Sanctuary - snowstack, on top of the heap is a chest. Opposite the colour to other half of the pile is a purple chest with question marks. Once the player has the access key card from the chest, head back into the room you fought the twins.
On the opposite wall from the entrance you came in through, past the twins' stage, Mega Man is in that room. Coming into the room, Mega Man will be caught in a green energy field. You must lead Mega Man to Rush after flipping a switch on the left side of the field after entering through the door in order to activate the first part of the quest. Bring some soda bottles with you to heal him in case he catches any damage while you are escorting him; waves of enemies will be waiting for you.
How To Unlock Mega-Man in Funko Fusion
Once you've escorted Mega Man to Rush, he will then be available on six other planets. You will need to find him on each one of these worlds and back to Rush with him as your escort. Mega Man will become playable once all escort missions are complete. Here is a list of all the stages he can be found on, as well as some useful tips:
Mega Man Locations
- Back to the Future: A block away from the car dealership on Hill Valley's busy town is where you will find Mega Man hidden in more forgotten parts of the map. To free him from his cage, you will need one highly advanced device called Portal, which allows travel through parallel universes. You will also be requiring the services of a Battlestar Galactica character because his high-tech blaster guns will be required to unlock the mechanisms that are keeping Mega Man hostage.
- Scare Mare, Masters of the Universe: Mega Man is in a place deep in the dangers of Scare Mare. You will need the special powers of Number Five from The Umbrella Academy to find him since he can teleport. Thanks to Number Five, you can blink your way out to the far side of that rocky outcropping you see in front of you. Over on the far side, a massive triangular mechanism guards the sanctum of Mega Man. Lowering it is going to require the aid of another fast-thinking Battlestar Galactica figure, one that can finagle the buttons that control the mechanism's complex motions. Successful activation will raise the stone, and below it, a path to Mega Man will appear. You can only get to him by using the Portal again, which transports you to the higher level of the mechanism; from there, you can pull a lever and unlock the last barrier separating you from Mega Man.
- Nope: The elusive nature of Nope makes for an interesting challenge in trying to find Mega Man. After a quick conversation with a character at the start of the level, head through the gate and to your right. Wrapping around, the path will eventually lead to Mega Man, who will be hiding behind a stack of red barrels. You will need to recruit The Thing's Childs, which can melt through those red barrels, showing the spark plug that keeps Mega Man hostage. Your troubles don't stop there, though: You'll also need to get a Battery-an item that requires you to do the Jurassic World level to unlock it.
- Shaun of the Dead: Mega Man will be placed in the middle of a horrific crime scene within the Shaun of the Dead world. He will be around a blue molding station, near where the crime happened or was found. Be cautious; the car driven at the beginning of the level is going to interfere with the transport, thus making it highly dangerous for escorting Mega Man through safely. To be on the safe side, it's best to leave the car behind. Once you've finally found Mega Man, you're going to want to break out the CSI Black Light from Hot Fuzz to clear the energy field surrounding him and send him free once and for all.
- Prime Time Crime (Hot Fuzz): You arrive in the bustling town of Sandford, where the location of Mega Man will be hidden somewhere. Find his secret by going down the path towards the friendly goose, make a right, and continue to the end of the street. Note that your way is obstructed by a series of gold coverings. For this, you will be requiring the assistance of He-Man from Masters of the Universe because the latter possesses strength with which he can break the golden covering and let the path to Mega Man open.
- House Hunters: At this imaginary place of The Umbrella Academy, it is still unknown where Mega Man is. To do so, you'll need to complete the level's main objective and head through the Funkey door, up the stairs inside, where you can use your newfangled ice-melting ability to show a hidden keycard in a purple chest on your left. You will be able to unlock ice-melting by creating a gas canister using The Thing's character Childs or using the character's abilities with Childs himself. Take the keycard and go back through the Funkey door, down the stairs, down the hall, and down another set of stairs. Way at the end of the hall is a door with "Security Level 2" on it. You can now use your newfound keycard to unlock the door and access Mega Man's hideaway area.
This is all there is to know about How To Unlock Mega-Man in Funko Fusion, you just have to follow the instructions to achieve it and continue progressing in this game.
