How To Complete Jigaw's Challenge
The Location of the Challenge Starter:
First, you'll want to search for one of the several televisions scattered about the Fortnite map. These televisions will be relatively easy to spot given the dedicated TV icon on your mini-map. The TVs are spread out across the playing field, but there are a few POIs that always have a television in them including:
- The Underworld
- Freaky Fields
- Restored Reels
- Nitrodome
- Grim's Gate
How to Start the Challenge:
Once you find a television, just turn it on to activate Jigsaw's Challenge. You need to know that this is some kind of matchmaking because you then wait for another player to accept your challenge from another television.
The Duel:
Once someone worthy of a challenge accepts it, the five-minute countdown starts. This is a grim reminder of the urgency involved with the challenge. Importantly, the opponent's location, name, and character skin will pop up on your map much like the Bounty Hunting system.
Win the Challenge:
You will have to eliminate the assigned opponent within those five minutes. Remember, if you fail to do so within the granted time, there will be a virtual bomb that goes off and removes you.
Reward:
If you emerge victoriously from Jigsaw's Challenge, then your reward package, well-earned, comprises:
- Gatekeeper Shotgun (Epic Rarity)
- Three Boom Billy Monarch Pistols (Legendary)
- Three Chug Splashes
- One Witch Broom
Strategic Considerations:
There are no hard or complex parts of the challenge, but a few strategic considerations may help improve your success rate. Here are a few:
- Landing Strategy: Since you will be requiring another player to complete this challenge, be sure to drop into less congested regions of the map, which may allow you to find another player attempting the challenge.
- Improvise: Without having your usual loadout, you will have to acclimate and make do with the surroundings and whatever weapons you have on hand.
