Mephisto's Gift: Spend 20 health for a random weapon in Common to Legendary rarity. This costs you 20 units of your green health bar in exchange for a random weapon of any rarity between Common and Legendary.
Mephisto's Bargain: Spend 99 health to instantly reboot the entire team. The option will reduce your health bar by 99 levels and instantly reboot your entire team, even after the expiration of reboot cards.
Ask About: Doctor Doom or Cynthia Von Doom. Mephisto will share with you his thoughts, depending on which one you ask about, whether it's Doom or his mother Cynthia.
The moment you initiate the conversation with him, your Fortnitemares challenge will be counted as complete and reward you with 20,000 XP, continuing your milestones for more cosmetic rewards.
