No matter how hard you search the area around Grand Glacier or Restored Reels upon landing, you will simply never find a Witch Broom lying about. As a matter of fact, you could only get a Witch Broom by searching for something particular.

The Witch Broom can only be bought from a single NPC in the area of those regions. You'll have to be the first one to land, buy them with Gold Bars, then make a wild run for it because they only have one each. You can be sure other players are canvassing the place for weapons to kill you to take the Witch Broom off of you.

Conversely, killing a player with a Witch Broom will randomly drop one. However, with only two NPCs spawning on the map at any one time, that's unlikely to happen very often.

Witch Brooms have a 20-second cooldown, and you're only allowed to carry one at a time. You can use it as a glider and make a quick getaway from any kind of danger to just soar right through the air. Returning for the new 2024 event, it first came about in Chapter 2 of Season 4. The best way to get a Witch Broom in the meantime is by speaking with NPCs, but we sincerely hope that other methods, such as unusual loot drops, are added in the near future.
