It is one of the week 3 additions to the Monarch Quest Pack, which will allow you to level up your Battle Pass levels very quickly. One of the new quests is related to a token hidden in one of the highest places in Camp Cuddle.

If you have the Quest Pack you will have to head to the south end of Camp Cuddle, a place full of hills. But you'll have to head for the hill that has an outpost of narrow huts at the top. You can one of the Quadcrasher's parked in the heart of Camp Cuddle to climb faster.
Once at the top of the hill, you can find the tokens near some lawn furniture and a campfire behind the outpost.
Week 3 has a total of 7 tokens that will allow you to get the Golden Shattered Wings Back Bling. But you should keep in mind that the challenges will only be available until the end of Season 1.
