Head to the location found in the eastern section of Mountaintops above, to hit a grace site that you should get, after taking down the invading NPC guarding it. After you get this site, you will have to go to the icon colored verte on the map and on the way, you will have to evade several spider hands until you find the geyser at the end. Climb the geyser to get the prize.

Note that you won't be able to safely get off the rock without teleporting to the nearby Grace Site: the falling damage will kill him and his death marker will remain on top of the rock.
