For the first challenge you will have to hide in Tall Grass for 10 seconds and for the second you will have to deal damage to an opponent within 30 seconds of crouching in Tall Grass.

You can find tall grass in the jungle biome to the east of the island, especially around The Daily Bugle crater. You can also find grass north of Sanctuary or south of The Joneses in open areas.

To hide in the grass you will simply have to crouch and to complete the quest Hide in Tall Grass for 10 seconds, you will simply have to crouch inside the grass and stand still for 10 seconds without being seen.

To complete the damage challenge to an enemy within 30 seconds of crouching in the quest for Tall Grass you will need to land on the west side of the Shrine, arm yourself and search for tall grass and crouch in it > wait for an enemy to approach and when he is close go out and attack him in 30 seconds to complete the challenge.
