The challenge is part of the Winterfest event, directly in the challenge you will have to hurt an opponent using a piece of coal. Although this is not exactly the most useful element (although it is very good to stoke the fire) you will want to know how to get a piece of coal to complete this mission and then we will tell you how.
To find the piece of coal it will be necessary to find a gift in the game or loot an ice box.
Gift boxes are not very common but you can find them as a loot on the floor. When you find a gift you have to throw it on the floor and open it to see what's inside and hopefully get what you want.
Ice boxes can be found all over the map.
Once you have the piece of coal you can throw it as a grenade by holding down the fire button and hitting an enemy. Although you can always use Team Rumble if things get complicated.
