In order to access this location you will need to head to the orange spot at the beginning of a game, when you are in the battle bus. Simply place a marker in this area to get to it.

The Sideways is above Dirty Docks, in fact when you approach it, you will see a large orange bubble surrounding one of the points of interest on the map. It will be enough to fly or walk towards it to enter.
