Located in a red barn east of the now-abandoned Authority, you can find the workshop where Tony Stark has been creating his high-end machinery. Once there, you must press the emoticon button and you will transform into Iron Man. You can use this emote in your games to switch between the Tony Stark skin and the Iron Man skin.
As additional information, you should already know that all the heroes included in the game have similar "Awakening Challenges" that will unlock a built-in emote that performs some special functions. You will normally have access to the Awakening Challenges for each aspect only a few levels after unlocking them.
Although the Challenges of Stark's Awakening are the last level of the Battle Pass, there is more to do. There are Silver, Gold, and Holo Foil secret skins that you can unlock after finishing the Main Battle Pass.
