While playing Vivian's Story, you'll come across eerie specters that lurk in the background, watching her from a distance. Whenever you approach them, they'll flee in terror. Even though they don't appear to contribute anything to the plot, players can earn the Ghost Hunter trophy if they manage to spot them all. In Fear the Spotlight, players will encounter a total of ten Elusive Specters. You can't help but notice most of them. All of their locations are detailed here:
Amy, the companion you were following when the planchette went missing, is the first Elusive Specter you'll see in the game. After you gain command, go ahead and collect the candle from the table. Eventually, you'll see a bookcase that's missing a few volumes. To view an antique table through the aperture, interact with the shelf. Once you're back outside, glance to your left to see Amy speed past you.
After passing the School Library, you will come to the Rose Door; interact with it. Next, scowl down the corridor on your right. An ethereal figure will appear, seemingly out of nowhere, and will fix its gaze on you. The second you approach, it will flee.
Third Mysterious Entity - The Girl's Lavatory
Find the Girl's Locker Room, Washroom, and proceed to the farthest stall, which is located close to the vending machines. A pair of shoes will rise up when you look through the bottom opening in the stall.
In order to advance in the game, you must solve a complex Fuse Box puzzle in the Gymnasium, which you will reach when a certain amount of time has passed. Once you've unlocked the Storage area, you'll be able to locate the Flashlight. The enigmatic specter will occupy the spot directly across from the flashlight. You can't miss this one.

No. 7: The Webber Building's Lavatory (The Initial Face Particle)
Shortly after it, the Specter incident takes place. You will reach the entrance to the blazing Theater after entering the Webber Building. Entering the theater requires solving puzzles, finding three face pieces, and navigating the West and East Hallways.
After you remove the bathroom mirror and obtain the first face piece, you will find the enigmatic specter. Examine the wall fissure once you've gathered the Face Piece. You have to put your cursor over the fissure for this one to register.
Obtaining the Mysterious Key and Heading to the Audiovisual Room: The Eighth Mysterious Specter
In order to get the VHS tape, you will, at some point, visit the Audio Visual room located in the East Hallway. The door to the escape, though, will be locked as you approach it. Gather the Strange Key lying on the floor near the Closet by returning to that area. Stand above the closet and you'll see the enigmatic specter.
The ninth enigmatic specter is Metal Hatch's Under The Drama Room.
Return to the Drama Room after acquiring the Strange Key. Unlock the Metal Hatch located on the ground and enter. Gather the Blank Floppy Disk by making your way to the room's rear. Return to the ladder when you've picked it up. You can find the elusive specter close to the first bookcase.
Tenth Mysterious Entity - Sewer-Dwelling Monument
Go back out and spin around after you've attached the first face piece to the statue in the sewer. Within one of the sewer grates mounted on the wall, staring at you, will be the final Elusive Specters.
