Where to Find Screws in Fallout 76

• Desk Fan (screw x1): Desk fans are probably the closest we gamers can get to "farming" screws. These can be found in large quantities in various office buildings. They can be found almost everywhere, sometimes in small quantities, but if we focus, we can find many. Site Alpha, Site Bravo and Site Charlie each have several. Sugar Grove has more than ten, but may not be accessible until later in the game. We go to towns and cities as almost all buildings will have desk fans.
• Typewriter (screw x1): Typewriters are a common sight in office complexes around the world. To locate one in the real world, we can benefit from applying this same logic. It is likely that structures such as newspaper offices, such as the Charleston Herald, housed typewriters. Also, keeping an eye out for them at the southern end of Toxic Valley at the Eastern Regional Penitentiary. Another promising place to look would be schools.
• Hot plate (screw x1): Hot plates can be found both in kitchens and in cafeterias spread throughout the wasteland. Let's be sure to check homes and educational facilities as they are frequently used for cooking.

• Keep an eye out for small white boxes resting on tables or shelves. While loose screws are relatively common, they easily go unnoticed in the chaos.
• Watch out for enemies like super mutants and wendigos. These creatures often carry loose screws on their person, providing a potential source for our needs.

Where to buy screws in Fallout 76

• The Creekside Lodge, where a small chalkboard sign advertises local products, specifically from the esteemed Brotherhood of Steel. The Protectron parked here usually has screws for sale.
• Friedrich at Artisan's Corner may also have screws in stock. This establishment can be found in the spacious room that houses all the brewing stations. Between this and Creekside Lodge, there is a high chance of finding screws. Other vendors within the building may also sell them.
