Once our settlement is established and running smoothly in Fallout 4, it is ideal to make the most of our workers. Initially, it may seem disconcerting since the game does not tell us exactly how to assign workers in Fallout 4, fortunately, this is not complex and here we will tell you everything you need to do to achieve it.

How to assign workers in Fallout 4?

The first thing we need to do while we are in your settlement is access the Workshop menu by clicking on the message in the upper left corner of your screen.
Next, we approach the desired worker and press the corresponding command button: Enter for PC, A for Xbox or X for PlayStation.
With the selected worker, we will go to the task that we want to assign to him, whether it is taking care of the crops or managing the garbage collection station. We press the same command button as before: Enter, A or X.
