The Deathmask of Nirmitruq is obtained as a loot drop, meaning its acquisition is primarily determined by RNG (Random Number Generation). To increase your chances of finding it, focus on activities that have higher Unique drop rates.

• Uber Bosses: The most reliable way to target farm the Deathmask of Nirmitruq is bydefeating specific Uber bosses. The highest chances are tied to:
  • The Beast in the Ice: Found in the Glacial Fissure in Fractured Peaks.
  • Urivar: Found in the Fields of Judgement in Nahantu (requires the Vessel of Hatred expansion).
