  You may be busy trying to complete the new Festival of the Lost event. You will still have to play a heroic story mission to keep moving forward. These are campaign missions with a higher difficulty, so they will be a bit more difficult than what you are used to. How to complete heroic story missions in Destiny 2?

First you will have to enter your Director and click on the Vanguard symbol this with the intention of choosing the game mode that we mentioned at the beginning. Now, click on the icon on the left of the screen. This is the Heroic Story Mission option.

Select the mission you want to play. There will be a different selection of heroic story missions each day for you to choose from. They will all have the same recommended power and modifiers.

You can choose the mission that catches your attention the most to start playing immediately. These are non-matchmaking, so it won't automatically load with other players. You can play through them with a Fireteam if you wish, but be sure to choose them before starting the mission.

Remember, for the Festival of the Lost Bounty "Masked Memory", you will have to play through the quest while wearing a Festival of the Lost Mask. You should automatically have one from Eva from the start of the event.
