Guide to learn how to use photo mode in Demon's Souls For those with a good memory you will know that Demon's Souls was released mainly for PS3 but this did not have a great reception unlike other releases, until it was acquired by From Software that hit gold with Dark Souls and its subsequent sequels. Now that Bluepoint Games has released a new full version of the PS3 classic for the new PS5, and it comes with a lot of new features. You will surely want to capture moments in the game, so in this guide we will explain how to use the photo mode in the game.
How to use photo mode in Demon's Souls?
Setting the photo mode in the game has become a habit in recent times in terms of game options. You can play games and use to take nice screenshots to share with your friends, and Demon's Souls now has that feature too.
To use the photo mode you will need to press the touch panel on the DualSense controller, then select the Photo mode option to the right of the quick items menu. This will stop the game if you are currently playing solo, and you will be able to play with quite a few options to get the image you want to capture so badly.

What's amazing about this option is that you can even apply different filters, including a classic filter that makes the game look more like the original PS3 version, and you can even alter your character's facial expression and change his pose. With the filter chosen you can now tilt the camera to get the shot you want, hit the Share button to capture the screenshot and save it to your PS5 hard drive.
From the console itself, you can see all the screenshots you have taken and share them on the social media platform of your choice. Something that we must emphasize is that if you are playing with other players, entering the photo mode will not pause the game and it is entirely possible that you will be killed, especially if there are invaders present.
Now that you know how to use the photo mode in Demon's Souls you will be able to capture those moments that you like the most in the game and save them on your console without problems, you can even use it in the background and who knows other things. Luck!
