Fingers, also known as Finn Gerstatt, is a Ripperdoc that you can find in Japantown, and you can meet him after completing Act 2 of the main story. During the first level you will have to try to search the area a bit more.

You will need to access the Westbrook district of Japantown and head to the Megabuilding H8 Data terminus, then keep going straight until you come across a neon sign on top of a building with the words Tengu. Next to the sign you will come across a Torii gate and a flight of stairs that will take you down to the underground walkway.

You will have to go down the catwalk until you reach a neon sign that is on the right side and say Jig Jig Street.

Go through the walkway and keep going until you have to head left up the short stairs in front of the neon sign that says Jacked and Coke.

After seeing the signs you can enter Jig Jig Street, follow the arrows and continue until you reach a graffiti that says No Future under a neon sign with Japanese writing. You will have to access the alley to get to Fingers MD. Although you can also use the elevator to get to Fingers MD.

In Megabuilding H8 you can find the elevator that you will have to use to get to Jig Jig Street. As you exit the elevator you will see the No Future graffiti on the right hand side, below the neon sign written in Japanese. Go through the alley to find Fingers MD.
