The Deminerim is indeed a potent weapon that Lune can acquire early in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, around Level 3. It boasts good Agility (A scaling) and Luck (S scaling), deals Lightning damage, and unlocks valuable passive effects as it levels up. How To Get The Deminerim Weapon:

To obtain the Deminerim, you need to venture to the Flying Waters region and assist a unique NPC called Demineur. Follow these steps:

Reach the Flying Waters: Progress through the main story until you arrive at the Flying Waters area.

Head Northwest from Noco’s Hut Rest Point Flag: From the Noco’s Hut Rest Point Flag (Expedition 59), proceed northwest.

Enter the Circular Entrance: You'll soon reach an open area. Look towards the northern end for a large, circular entrance resembling a vase. Head inside.

Encounter the Demineur: Inside, you'll find a pale, quiet creature – the Demineur.

Choose "Examine": When you interact with the Demineur, you'll be presented with two options: "Examine" or "Attack." Crucially, choose "Examine" first. Attacking immediately will prevent you from completing its side quest and obtaining the Deminerim.

Undertake the Quest: Find the Intact Mine: After examining the Demineur, you'll realize it's missing the mine it typically uses. Your task is to locate and return an Intact Mine.

Intact Mine Location:

Head East Towards the Cliff: From the Demineur's location, go towards the cliff to the east.

Platform Across the Rock Pillars: You'll see a series of rock pillars that form a path across a chasm.Utilize the game's mantle mechanic to jump across. If you fall, use thehandholds on the western rockface to climb back up.

Reach the Eastern Clearing: Continue jumping across the pillars until you reach the eastern clearing.

Locate the Glowing Purple Item: Turn to face south and look into the distance for a glowing purple item.

Platform to the Intact Mine: Jump to the long rock on your right, walk to its southern tip, and leap to a small ledge. From there, hop to another pillar-shaped rock to your left to reach the glowing item – the Intact Mine.

Return to the Demineur: Once you have the Intact Mine, return to the Demineur by retracing your jumps or dropping down and climbing back up.

Complete the Quest and Receive Deminerim: Talk to the Demineur again and choose the dialogue option to give it the mine. Completing this side quest will reward you with the Deminerim weapon for Lune.

Optional: Attack the Demineur for Additional Rewards:

After completing the quest by returning the Intact Mine, you will still have the option to attack the Demineur if you wish. Defeating it will grant you additional rewards, including 3x Colour of Lumina and 1x Chroma Catalyst.

Upgraded Deminerim (Level 12):

Later in the game, if you desire a stronger, Level 12 version of the Deminerim, you can find it in the Coastal Cave. After defeating enemies called Bruler and Cruler, you will unlock a Bruler blacksmith who sells this upgraded Deminerim for 15,725 Chroma.

Deminerim Upgrades:

To further enhance the Deminerim's power, you'll need to upgrade it using Chroma Catalysts of varying rarities.
