World of Warcraft Shadowlands is going to need certain elements either to create or buy other artifacts and in this case we will focus on Ruby. There are a few steps you need to take before you start collecting it. In this guide we will teach you how to get infused Ruby while in Revendreth and we will show you the best ways to collect gems.
First you must complete the mission entitled The Endmire where you must collect five of the rubies that you find in the surroundings and take them to Tessle the Snitch, who will express her great displeasure at the idea of continuing her surveillance with all the ghosts in the area.
Completing this quest not only allows you to obtain Molten Ruby, it also helps activate the braziers in the area to remove any Weakend Soul debuffs.
Now if you can find Rubies you can choose a few different places to find the gems, some more abundant than others.The largest cache you can find is obtained when you drop the Contraband Sunshade Component Pack from a Contraband cache in Revendreth. Upon completion of the quest, you will get 35 pieces of Infused Ruby. Rubies also appear within chests scattered throughout the area, including daily and weekly respawning chests.
Another thing to keep in mind is that you can only collect 100 pieces in total of infused ruby, regardless of bag space, so keep an eye on your inventory once you start collecting.
Rubies also work as commercial currency so you can buy things with them. If you collect 100, you can spend it all on the Enchanted Map of Molten Ruby Network. This will highlight your existing world map, showing you everything that is close to your character and has to do with gems.
