How to Beat Thunder Ace Voltran in Wizard of Legend 2
Defeating Thunder involves understanding his moveset, so let's break down his attacks:
1. Electric Swings:
- Voltran swings his arms, creating electrified lines.
- You dash while the lines electrify in order to miss the attack.
- On the third swing, be either in front or behind him as the lightning comes out.
2. Orbital Lightning:
- He darts back quickly before spinning to create some disks of lightning.
- Dash away twice in order to evade the disks.
- Use range while he uses the disks to apply your attacks.
3. Lightning Dive:
- Voltran Jumps target zones and dives down.
- Dash from the target zones as they appear.
- Counterattack after final dive.
4. Lightning Dash: Voltran Dashes in a straight line multiple times
- After each line appears, dash to the side.
- This is a fast-speed attack; get used to dodging.
- There is a small opening right after the third dash.
A bit of aggression, but not overly, or Voltran will surprise you with his attacks; remember, you're trying to fill the stun gauge, which, after some time between attacks, will drop. You can shock him-attack in openings after every one of his assaults, and without being greedy. That is a delicate dance to do, especially with some experience.
Everything he has in terms of destructive spells, Voltran should use on you while he's in his stunned state to deplete that health bar to its maximum before he recovers. Just do that, and he's finished.
