We have been testing Valheim for several days, and we have noticed that few users know how to get flint and that is what we will be teaching them today.

What is flint in Valheim?


It is one of the most valuable and important items early in the game as it will allow you to build upgraded axes, knives, spears, arrows, and important tools later in the game. So if you want to know how to get flint, don't worry because here we have it.

How to get flint in Valheim?


This element can easily be found in the first region of Valheim, the Green Forest. We recommend looking in the rivers, along the banks and for the hard stones as you go down through the region.

    You will know that it is this resource, because the flint is shaped like elongated stones, so when you see one, interact with it to collect it.

    Here are some tools that you can build using flint and other ingredients, as well as a clear workbench:

    • Flint Spear - 1 Wood, 1 Flint.
    • Flint Arrow - 5 wood, 10 flint, 2 pieces of leather.
    • Flint Ax - 4 wood, 6 flint.
    • Flint Knife - 2 wood, 2 flint, 4 pieces of leather.

    All the above recipes are level 1, so you can start making them whenever you want, just make sure once made, keep them in good condition by making repairs when necessary so that they do not get damaged.
