In Throne and Liberty, leveling up your gear and investing in talents are just a couple of the ways you'll be able to bolster your character, armor, and weapon. In the weapon mastery section of your skills screen, that's there, but you won't get any hints on how to level it up. Thankfully, this feature will become available to you sooner than you think.
The best way to gain weapon mastery in Throne and Liberty is by using Training Dews obtained via contracts, quests, and dungeon prizes. They are also available as a reward for current Battle Passes.
In quest, contract, and dungeon rewards you can get Training Dews as teardrop objects, which you'll have 24 hours from the time you get one to use before they expire. It won't stop you from getting Weapon Mastery, but it will make it a bit more difficult, especially at later levels when every experience point counts.
But there's no universal statistic to apply to weapons, like the Weapon Mastery. Only the two Dews you currently have in your inventory will contribute to your Training Dew Experience. Let's consider this: you are using a sword and greatsword. Any experience that you get from the Training Dew will be pumped into those two weapons while your other weapon types remain at level zero. Suddenly switching to a wand and staff will keep them at level zero until you invest more Training Dews in them.
Even after defeating hundreds of enemies and leveling up to ten, you still aren't able to advance in weapon mastery beyond what you can gain from drinking Training Dew. The role of contracts and dungeons is extended since Weapon Mastery does not progress through normal battle.
