Gigantrite is a huge flying whale that will appear in both Throne and Liberty. He flies across the sky and rests in the water. When he spawns, there will be a message for all players ingame. Three hours later, Gigantrite respawns and gives players a mana regen buff. Do your best to complete the Exploration Codex while you're on Gigantrite.
You should head to the highest point of the Starlight Observatory Ruins while you wait for the Gigantrite Event. You'll be able to use the hooks to climb up there.
When the Gigantrite is closing in on the Observatory, at a safe distance from it, jump off of the edge and glide towards it. The doll should be around its tail, so that's where you want to land.
Turn towards the tail of Gigantrite, then proceed left of it. There stands Yeddy, the doll, beside a crystal in blue color. Bring the doll to Tailor Noan inside Kastleton Inn to complete the quest.
Well, here's where things get a little tricky. You are going to need some patience now, until something called the "Gigantrite Event" happens. A really big flying whale spawns every three hours. If and when a ride is presented to you, jump on!
