Once you've completed the subquest, head back to Lara's house and go inside. There's a treasure chest in the back of the room; reveal it to find the Therapeutic Slicers.
Among the rest of the rewards is a Valuable Item that will be specifically for those who see sentimental value in them and wish to complete their collection. Sophie is Lara's Bestie. This title allows Lara's Bestie to learn Sophie the powerful Zero Dissolver, a Level 3 Mystic Arte. The title greatly raises her Maximum HP and Physical Attack, which makes it well worth pursuing.
