How to get more spirit flowers in Spiritfarer?

Spirit Flowers are obtained once you send one of the game's Liberable Spirits to Everdoor. These spirits are distinguished by the fact that when they meet for the first time, the shape of their spirit is different from that of all the other NPCs in the vicinity.

Receiving a spirit flower is the end result of completing any of the liberable spirits missions. Generally, this involves finding them in the world, taking them to your ship, and completing all the requests they give you until they ask you to take them to Everdoor.

Once in Everdoor, you must return to the ship only to see a flower-shaped indicator on your screen. Follow its direction towards the house of the spirit and inside you will find a flower, that this flower can now be used to improve your ship.

Gwen's quest line is perhaps the easiest to complete, serving as something of a "tutorial" companion and the first liberable spirit you'll encounter.
