Unlock all starting locations in Sniper Elite Resistance and enhance your gameplay

In Sniper Elite: Resistance, each chapter provides a default starting location. However, many chapters also feature alternate starting points that can be unlocked, offering tactical advantages and making certain challenges, like Kill List completions, significantly easier. These alternate locations aren't initially visible; players must explore the map to discover the clues that reveal their positions. This guide details how to unlock each alternate starting location, saving you valuable exploration time.

Sniper Elite Resistance: Unlock All Starting Locations

Mission 2: Dead Drop

• Citadel Apartments: Follow the road to the northwest corner of the map. After passing thesecond house on the left, turn left. This will reveal a blue eye icon.Pick the lock on the blue door at this location to unlock the CitadelApartments starting point.

Mission 3: The Traitor

• Signal Box: This starting location is accessible from road level. If you use theright bridge to cross the river, go down the first set of stairs aftercrossing. You'll find a gate that can be unlocked. Unlocking this gatealso unlocks the Signal Box starting location. This is particularlyuseful for investigating the train station without encountering numerous enemies.
• Parkview Apartments: From the default starting location, head north over the left bridge.Take the second right after the bridge and follow the alleyways to themarked building. Go to the top right corner and open the room door tounlock Parkview Apartments. This is an excellent alternative startingpoint for collectible runs in Mission 3.
• Dam Lookout: At the map's start, you'll use a zipline to cross from the right sideto the left. Head to the northernmost part of the map until the dam ison your right. Then, head left to find a campground called Dam Lookout.Approach the campsite and light the fire to unlock this startinglocation.
• Power Station: After crossing the dam to the right side of the map, there's a smallhouse where you need to place a satchel charge to destroy the engineroom. At the back of this building, you'll find a locked gate. Unlocking this gate unlocks the Power Station starting location.

Mission 5: The Ambush

• Coastal Landing: Restart the level to return to the default starting location. Headnorth along the roads, descending to lower ground to find the CoastalLanding starting location. This gate is also part of the exfiltrationroute through the leftmost objective. You can acquire this startingpoint during an Authentic difficulty playthrough if needed.

Mission 6: The Bridge

• Checkpoint Cabin: Bring a satchel charge for this mission to destroy a tank. From thedefault starting location, head north through a checkpoint. Continuingupward, you'll encounter enemy soldiers and the aforementioned tank.Complete the main objectives. An exfiltration point will appear on thetop left side of the map. Before reaching it, turn right towards a small wooden cabin. Unlock the blue door to this house to unlock theCheckpoint Cabin starting location.

Mission 7: The Windmill

• Western Farmhouse: Head along the main road until you're on the opposite side of the mapfrom the windmill. Continue on the main road, looking to the right.You'll see a gate between a house and a shed. Unlock this gate to unlock the Western Farmhouse starting location.

Mission 8: The Depot

• Bombed Factory: From the default starting location, go down to the railyard. Follow the leftmost rail, and you'll see a large blue building. In front of thisbuilding, you can light a campfire. Lighting this fire unlocks theBombed Factory starting location.
