In this guide entry, we will explain how to unlock artifact of delusion in Risk of Rain 2.
Delirium Artifact is a little more difficult to unlock due to the mysterious item that all players have found. You see, while other artifact codes can be found in the game in some secret or excluded areas, the cheat artifact code isn't even in the game. The code is printed on one of the cards in the Devotional Update trailer and has a super pixelated structure. Well, that was not a problem for the community, who after many hours of thinking and sweating came up with the code for the Illusory Artifact:
Good move, Hopoo Games, good move. I spent a lot of time in Verdant Falls looking for the code. Anyway, you'll need to go to Shadow Meadows, the fifth stage of the normal game, and find the Mixture Generator at the bottom of the map. Enter the code above and a portal to Ambry Bulwarka will open. Defeating the Artifact and returning to the first stage will unlock the Artifact of Deception.

How to use deception artifacts in Risk of Rain 2?
"Artifact of Delusions" opens a very interesting memory game that can be played at any stage. After completing the Teleport event, all chests you open will be reset, meaning you'll be able to open them again and get more items. However, for this to work, you must remember exactly which items drop from said chest. At this point, you will have three options:
- The item that was dropped earlier and two items from your inventory, and if you choose the correct item, you will receive it as a reward.
- If you don't do this, you will lose the selected item. Sounds like an interesting game, right? Although I would say that the Artifact of Devotion is much more interesting (and broken) than the Artifact of Deception.
- Let's say I have a soft spot for an army of invincible comrades. But you can still enable both updates at the same time, so do so if you want to experience what the Devotion update has in store for you.
Now you know the steps to unlock the artifact of deception, you can apply them and thus continue taking advantage of Risk of Rain 2.
