"Hide and Seek" is the final, climactic mission in Ready or Not, taking officers to the sprawling Port Hokan. This mission is a true test of skill, requiring tactical precision to navigate tight corridors and open spaces filled with a large force of armed mercenaries. To achieve the coveted S-Rank, you'll need to master the mission's numerous objectives, both main and soft, while using a carefully planned loadout and strategy.

Ready or Not: All Objectives in Hide and Seek

To earn an S-Rank on "Hide and Seek," you must fulfill all of the following objectives. This mission is unique for its large number of soft objectives, all of which are crucial for a perfect score.

Objective	How to Complete
Bring Order to Chaos	You must secure all 24 suspects alive. Non-lethal force is highly recommended.
Rescue All of the Civilians	You must secure all 6 civilians. They will often be found wearing similar gear to suspects, so be cautious.
Locate Weapon Storage Container	Find and report the yellow shipping container marked with a spider symbol. It's usually located to the left of the spawn area.
Report Illegal Drugs Storage Container	Find and report the yellow shipping container marked with a spider symbol. It can be found to the right of the spawn area, near the BlueFuel building.
Report Missing Persons	Find and report the trafficked women in a yellow shipping container marked with a spider symbol. This is located to the left of the main shipping yard warehouse.
Close the Container Doors	After reporting the missing persons, wait for the dialogue with FISA to finish, then close the container doors.
Report Auction Room Laptops	In the back of the shipping warehouse, find a secret walkway inside an orange container marked with a spider symbol that leads to an auction room. Report the laptops there.

Recommended Loadout and Strategy

Given the complexity and darkness of the Port Hokan map, a specific loadout and tactical approach are essential for success.

Player Loadout

• Headwear: GPNVGS with White Phosphor. The mission is dark, and having a clear view is a major advantage.
• Armor: Light Armor Vest with Ceramic Plates and Front Coverage. This provides the best balance of speed and protection.
• Back Item: Tactical Shield. This will protect your back from unexpected fire.
• Primary Weapon: Beanbag Shotgun. Its non-lethal nature and effectiveness at close-to-medium range make it ideal for subduing suspects.
• Grenades: Flashbangs. These are invaluable for disorienting clustered enemies and safely clearing rooms.
• Sidearm: A pistol with no ammo or a Taser, as your goal is to be non-lethal.

AI Team Loadout and Traits

• Loadout: Equip your AI teammates with the same gear, but swap their primary weapon for the VPL 25, a non-lethal option with a longer range.
• Traits: Utilize officer traits that enhance survivability and control.
  • Nutritionist: Increases health.
  • Armorer: Increases armor.
  • Intimidator: Makes suspects more likely to comply.
  • Negotiator: Improves the effectiveness of verbal commands.

Tactical Walkthrough

The "Hide and Seek" mission has the highest concentration of enemies in the game, with around 24 suspects and 37 pieces of evidence to find.Playing slowly and methodically is the key to victory.

• Start with the Right Path: From the spawn point, stick to the right side of the map. Clear theside building and continue forward towards the large tower connected tothe main warehouse.
• Avoid the Tower Stairs: Do not go up the tower stairs, as this leaves you exposed to enemies in the yard with precise aim.
• Clear the Warehouse: Enter the main shipping warehouse and meticulously clear it. TheBeanbag Shotgun and Flashbangs are excellent for managing theclose-quarters combat here.
• Complete the Circle: After clearing the warehouse, exit through the door on the right toclear the remaining sections of the map, completing yourcounter-clockwise sweep.
• Non-Lethal Engagement: Be cautious, as some enemies wear similar hard hats and hi-vis vests as civilians. Always give a clear command to surrender. If they resist, anon-lethal round to the chest from the Beanbag Shotgun will usually make them comply.
• Civilian Locations: Civilians are a secondary priority and should be secured after the area is safe. Most civilians are located within the shipping warehouse orthe auction container.

Locating the Soft Objectives

The soft objectives are critical for achieving an S-Rank. All of thecontainer objectives are marked as a yellow shipping container with aspider graffiti mark, with the exception of the auction room, which isinside an orange container.

• Locate Weapon Storage Container: From the spawn, head straight through the shipping yard and past the concrete block and cones. The container is on your left.
• Report Illegal Drugs Storage Container: From the spawn, take the path on the right. Enter and exit a container, and the target container will be directly in front of you. A second one is located nearby, close to the BlueFuel building.
• Report Missing Persons & Close the Container Doors: Head to the back of the map near Warehouse 13. To the left of thewarehouse, you'll find a yellow container with a spider symbol. Open it, report the women inside, and wait for the dialogue to finish beforeclosing the doors to complete both objectives.
• Report Auction Room Laptops: Go inside Warehouse 13. At the back of the warehouse, find the orangeshipping container. Enter it to find a secret walkway leading to anauction room. Report the laptops in the center of the room. You can also find a suspect and a few civilians by continuing through the tunnelshere.
