While the phrase may suggest a complex puzzle, emote, or side quest, the solution is straightforward: you must simply interact with the back side of the gate. The gate is designed to be opened from the other side, creating a shortcut between two areas. Both of these areas can be accessed without ever touching the gate, but opening it makes traversing the region much more efficient.

Step-by-Step Directions to the Gate's Back Side

Here is the path to follow to get to the other side of the Primordial Deity gate:

Start at the Rebel Camp Shrine: Your journey begins at the Rebel Camp Shrine, a key checkpoint in this area.

Descend the Ladder: Go down the ladder located next to the shrine.

Approach the Enemies: At the bottom, turn left and walk forward. You will approach two enemies from behind.

Follow the Path: Just beyond these enemies, you'll see three paths. Take the one that leads forward and to the right. You will pass by a cooking pot.

Go Left at the Split: When the path splits again, go left and pass through a gate.

Continue Straight: In the area beyond the gate, continue straight while staying to the right.

Find the Bloody Trail: Look for a bloody trail that goes down and to the right. Follow this trail, continuing in that direction.

You will arrive in an alcove enclosed by a wooden fence. The back side ofthe Primordial Deity gate, marked with a distinctive yellow verticalline, will be on your right. All you need to do is interact with thisside of the gate, and after a short animation, it will open, providingyou with a convenient shortcut.

It's also highly recommended thatyou open the nearby gate in the wooden fence. This creates anothershortcut, linking you back to the Cloudspire Outskirts Shrine, which can be extremely helpful when preparing to face the area's next boss.
