How to use Hide my name in Overwatch 2?

To use Hide my name in Overwatch 2 it is necessary to navigate through the menu by pressing the ESC key. By doing so, we will go to the Options button and select.
In the Options window, we navigate to the Social tab and click on the Privacy tab.
To access Hide My Name, we must make sure that the Streamer Mode option is activated.
This will open up a host of additional options for us to turn on and off, giving us the ability to control the level of anonymity we want while playing in Streamer mode.

Enabling Hide My Name will hide our BattleTag and replace it with a randomly generated one. This will be visible to both us and other players in the same game lobby. However, if we want to keep our real BattleTag visible on our screen and stream, we can turn on the Client Only option, this will only hide and replace our BattleTag for other players in the lobby. To maintain complete anonymity, we can also choose to hide our BattleTag from our friends and group members. This will ensure that our screen, as well as all other players' screens, displays the randomly generated BattleTag, regardless of our Battle.net friendships.

Now, to achieve total anonymity for all players in the lobby, we can activate the Hide names of other players option. This will hide and randomize the BattleTags of all players on our screen. To quickly enable or disable these settings, simply activate the Streamer Mode button, rather than adjusting each individual tab. This option allows for quick and effortless adjustments as needed.
