If you're playing Once Human and want to add the powerful Mr. Wish to your collection of Deviants, you'll need to complete a challenging hidden quest inside Securement Silo-Sigma. Unlike other Deviants, Mr. Wish doesn’t spawn randomly—instead, you must find a special access card, survive a tough defense minigame, and rely on RNG for his drop.
This guide will walk you through every step, from locating the Rosetta V3 Access Card to defeating waves of enemies and finally claiming Mr. Wish as your own.

Where to Find Mr. Wish in Once Human


Mr. Wish is located in Securement Silo-Sigma, a dungeon within the Broken Delta region. However, he isn’t just waiting at the end like a typical boss—you’ll need to unlock a hidden zone deep inside the facility.

Step 1: Obtain the Rosetta V3 Access Card


  • Enter Securement Silo-Sigma and descend the stairs.
  • Clear the room with the Stardust Resonator, including the sniper in the top-right corner.
  • Proceed to the next area, where you’ll face a turret and a Rosetta Mechanic (who deploys explosive drones).
  • Defeat the Rosetta Mechanic to loot the Rosetta V3 Access Card—this key item unlocks the path to Mr. Wish.

    • Step 2: Navigate to the Hidden Zone (KT-2701-3)


    With the access card in hand:
  • Head to the right-side hallway in the same room.
  • Find a vent on the left and crawl inside.
  • Follow this path:
    • Ignore the first left
    • Take the second right
    • Go left, then climb the ladder
    • Take another left to reach a guarded room
  • Eliminate the four enemies inside, then locate the locked door.
  • Swipe your Rosetta V3 Access Card on the scanner to enter In Seepage Zone KT-2701-3.

    • Step 3: Survive the Defense Minigame


    Inside the hidden zone, you’ll find a Wish Machine. Activating it starts a defense minigame where you must:


    • Stay inside the ring to fill the progress bar.
    • Defeat waves of enemies, including:

      • Gnawers (explode on death)
      • Charred Maniacs
      • Swarms
      • Agents
      • Star Walkers
    • The final wave features a Gacha Machine boss.


    Tip: Use high-DPS weapons and stay mobile to avoid explosions.

    Step 4: Claiming Mr. Wish (RNG-Based Drop)


    After completing the defense event:


  • Remains will appear near the Wish Machine.
  • Use your Controller on them for a chance to unlock Mr. Wish.

    • If unsuccessful, exit and re-enter the dungeon to retry.

    • How to Use Mr. Wish in Combat


    Once obtained, place Mr. Wish in an Isolation Securement Unit and sync it to your Cradle. You can summon him in battle by holding E, which gives two attack modes:


    • Rapid Fire – Marks a single enemy with Bull’s Eye for focused damage.
    • Auto Attack – Mr. Wish independently attacks nearby foes.

    • Bring strong weapons (shotguns or explosives work well against swarms).
    • Use healing items to survive the defense minigame.
