Where to Find Azura's Shrine in Oblivion Remastered
To initiate Azura's Daedric quest and claim her artifact, you must first locate her Shrine. It's situated in the far northern region of Cheydinhal, beyond Lake Arrius, nestled within the imposing Jerall Mountains. Once you reach Azura's Shrine, you'll be able to commune with the altar, but only if you've reached Level 2 and possess Glow Dust as an offering.Important Note! You can find some in the northern and western areas of Azura's Shrine, but this requires completing the Main Quest: Blood of the Daedra. It's crucial to remember that Will-o'-the-Wisps can only be defeated with silver, enchanted, or Daedric weapons.
Strategy to Kill All Vampires in the Gutted Mine in Oblivion Remastered
Azura's quest will task you with eliminating all the vampires infesting the Gutted Mine.
The most effective tactic for exterminating these bloodsuckers is to use weapons with Fire Damage, as vampires have a 50% weakness to fire.
Additionally, it's advisable to lure the vampires out one by one, and even exit the Gutted Mine to bring them outside where the sunlightcan inflict additional damage. Fighting the vampires individually is the safest method, as some wield magic, while others carry shields,two-handed weapons, and employ various attack strategies.
The final two vampires will always be together, and they are located behind a hidden wall. To reveal this secret room, you must activate the chain found on the west wall. After slaying all 5 vampires, you can return to Azura's Shrine to speak with the Daedric Prince and receive your well-deserved reward.
Using Azura's Star: Beyond the Reward
Azura's Star is not just a valuable reward for completing the quest, but also aunique item with exceptional utility. Unlike common soul gems, Azura's Star is a reusable soul gem. This means you can fill it with souls over and over again, making it an invaluable tool for enchanting and recharging magical items.
To fill Azura's Star, you can use the Soul Trap spell. However, to cast this spell, your skill level in Mysticism must be at least Apprentice (25). The Soul Trap spell can be purchased from any Mages Guild in Cyrodiil. Here's a list of the vendors:
