What you get during a match depends on your eliminations and the amount of work you put into completing the objective. Simply put, game modes and maps with more action improve your score by the minute. To get good scores, I recommend playing the following modes:

Domination: Continue advancing towards the flags, capturing them and killing near them for more XP.
Strong Point: Stay in the control position and try to kill while inside.
Kill Confirmed: In this mode, you can run around the map collecting dog tags if you don't want to fight.

These three game modes are great for getting high scores in a multiplayer match of MW3. But it will be difficult to find enemies to kill if the map is large. As a result, it is best to play on smaller maps such as Shipment, Das Haus, Rust, and Meat. These maps can be obtained by selecting the Small Map Mosh Pit playlist. Mosh Pit 10v10 is also a good option because more players means more chaos and action. Before starting a match, I suggest you modify two aspects of your loadout: add Decoy Grenade as a tactic and DDoS as a field upgrade.
