With the help of Kind Mita, Player One finally reaches the core and restarts Crazy Mita, which allows them to return to the real world. Well, it would seem that was not as straightforward as it sounded, and you will soon find out that Crazy Mita never actually rebooted. In your attempt to escape, Crazy Mita traps Player One in a cartridge and locks him in the Safe in the Basement.
For a second, everything seems fine as the player wakes up back home in the real world. After a few seconds, the world glitches out and cuts to a scene showing Mita putting your cartridge in the basement safe.
Ending 2: Self-Destruction/Hidden Ending
Throughout the entire main game, there will be a Safe in the Basement, located during the main story in the chapter of the same name: Things Get Weird. Players will have to basically play through the entire story for the code to become obtainable. In order to view MiSide's alternative ending, the first player needs to enter a specific code into the Safe and interact with the contents within.
Get a secret combination code at the end of the main walkthrough (4970). Reaching this ending is really straightforward -- simply load into any of the chapters that allow Basement access, walk over to the Safe, and key in said code.
In this ending, Player One finds a game machine with a player cartridge successfully uploading said player's soul into it. Interacting with the machine will have Player One pull the cartridge out, which immediately ends the game in a game over.
To get the third ending, you need to be staying with Mita on all of the chapter named Things Get Weird. During your Card Game in Mita's Bedroom, you hear some sort of weird noise is coming from the Closet. After getting up and interacting with the Closet Mita asks you two options: Stay or Refuse.
To select the stay option, you need to first complete the whole story. To do this, start a new game from the main menu and choose options in the following chapters :
Should you fulfill the aforementioned prerequisites, you may remain when Mita prevents you from opening the closet door in the Bedroom. Achieving this will lead you to the Good Ending and grant access to a new game mode known as Peaceful Mode, which is currently in development.
In this conclusion, Player One chooses to remain with Crazy Mita and embrace life in the virtual realm. This is the sole conclusion where Player One emerges victorious, making it widely regarded as a happy ending.
