How To Reroll in Madoka Magica Magia Exedra

Madoka Magica Magia Exedra provides players with numerous free opportunities to acquire characters, ranging from familiar Magical Girls to their Kioku, who join the battle. While each character boasts unique stats, skills, and tier rankings, players who are not satisfied with their initial roster can opt to "reroll" to try for a better start.

Madoka Magica Magia Exedra: How To Reroll

The rerolling process in Madoka Magica Magia Exedra is designed to be relatively straightforward, allowing players to reset their account and attempt to pull more desirable characters from the initial free gacha banners.1. Complete the Tutorial Until You Return to the Lighthouse: Upon first launching Madoka Magica Magia Exedra, you'll be guided through a comprehensive tutorial by the character A-Q. This tutorial covers essential game mechanics, features at the Lighthouse hub, story progression, and how to perform character pulls. You must complete the "Rose Garden Witch Part 1-4" segment of the tutorial. After this, you will be brought back to the main Lighthouse hub, at which point you gain access to the "Fate Weave" menu (the pulling mechanic, located on the bottom row of icons) and can begin the rerolling process.2. Perform Your Free Guaranteed Five-Star Pulls: At this point, you will have accumulated enough free in-game currency (diamonds) to perform several ten-pulls. Specifically, you'll typically have enough for:
  • A ten-pull on the standard "Magica Key" banner.
  • A ten-pull on the "Magica Stones" banner.
  • Additionally, you'll receive a free single pull key from your gift inbox and often a free single pull daily from one of the banners for the first few days.
In total, you are guaranteed to receive at least 30 pulls this way. These initial pulls promise at least one five-star character and two four-star characters. The remaining pulls will be a mix of three and four-star characters, as the game prevents you from acquiring too many five-star characters right at the start. Therefore, making your initial five-star count is crucial. Pay attention to your four-star pulls as well, as powerful five-star characters will be less frequent later on.When deciding whether to reroll, consider your entire team composition. Ideally, you'll want at least one strong Breaker (to deplete enemy "Break" gauges for increased damage opportunities) and one strong Attacker (to deal high direct damage). Other roles like Buffers, Debuffers, Defenders, and Healers are helpful but often not as critical for initial progression as good damage dealers and breakers.

3. Restart (Reroll) If You're Unsatisfied:If you are happy with the characters you pulled, you can proceed withthe game. However, if your initial five-star character(s) or overallroster isn't to your liking, you can easily reroll.

  • Delete Account: To reroll, navigate to the settings menu located in the top-right corner of the screen (next to your gift inbox). From the menu on the left, select "Delete Account."
  • Confirm: Confirm your decision when prompted. Your current account will be deleted immediately.
  • Start Anew: You will be returned to the title screen. The game will usually offer you the option to skip the combat tutorial on subsequent accounts, significantly speeding up the reroll process(each reroll can take roughly 3-5 minutes, as you'll still have to watch some cutscenes and go through basic UI tutorials like claiming mail).
  • Repeat: You can then perform another set of free pulls on this new account.Repeat this process until you achieve a starting roster that you aresatisfied with.

Which Characters Should You Aim For?When rerolling, focus on the available five-star banner, as your freepulls grant access to these top-tier characters early on. While loginbonuses will provide more gems for pulls in your first few days, yourinitial five-star character from the tutorial pulls is usually the oneyou'll base your reroll decision on.

Highly recommended five-star characters to aim for include:

  • Madoka Kaname (Lux Magica / Pluvia Magica): Often considered one of the strongest starting characters. Her "LuxMagica" form is a Light Breaker capable of dealing significant Breakingdamage, while "Pluvia Magica" can offer healing and MP restoration.
  • Homura Akemi ("Concentrated Missile Fire" form): An excellent Dark Attacker known for astonishing follow-up attack damage and explosive burst damage.
  • Kyoko Sakura ("Kugatachi" form): A strong Fire Attacker whose stats can scale based on her HP, making her a formidable damage dealer.
  • Other strong S+ and S-tier five-star characters to consider include Iroha Tamaki (Strada Futuro) for Break damage and crit rate, Oriko Mikuni (Oracle Ray) for high single-target damage, and Felicia Mitsuki (Ultra Great Big Hammer) for strong AoE damage.

For four-star characters, it's generally advisable to focus on acquiringgood support roles. While they may be slightly weaker in raw power thanfive-stars, a well-rounded team requires characters that can providebuffs, debuffs, healing, or defense.
