The initial lineup of bosses will showcase several of Raziel’s brothers in their vampiric forms. Thanks to the stunning new visuals in Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered, each character shines brighter than ever, alongside a host of other enhancements.

Raziel has been methodically eliminating his brethren, and the simplest battle to date has been against Melchiah. Rahab stands out as one of the more manageable bosses in the game, positioned comfortably among the easier encounters.

Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver: How to Beat Rahab

Players must skillfully maneuver through the final sections of theDrowned Abbey to encounter Rahab. This concluding section can prove tobe significantly more difficult and exasperating than the boss of thearea itself. Overshooting your position and tumbling over the edge ofyour target platform is all too simple — leading you to start theprocess from scratch. Players should be aware that if they choose tomanually save the game and then exit, they will find themselves back atthe beginning of the game. Even with fast travel to the Drowned Abbey,they still face the annoyance of returning to this challenging finalsection.

These jumps are designed to gear you up for the upcoming boss arena. Upon entering the boss arena, players must leap from pillar to pillar before transitioning to the Material Plane. A cutscenefeaturing Rahab will be triggered. As the cutscene concludes, playerscan leap from pillar to pillar, staying above the water and evadingRahab's attacks.

Players cannot inflict damage on Rahab directly; instead, they must illuminate the room with sunlight to defeat him. Toachieve this, simply use the aim button to focus on one of thestained-glass windows, then unleash a force projectile. Many playersmight not be aware, but they can utilize this ability even in theabsence of their wraith blade. Even when players endure a hit fromRahab, they can continue launching projectiles without missing a beat.

When players tumble from a pillar, they will be drawn back into the Spectral Realm, where a wraith awaits their arrival. Defeat this wraith andabsorb its essence to replenish your stamina. Then, ascend the pillarsto rejoin the battle seamlessly, ensuring you maintain your momentum.

Mastering the Art of Defeating Rahab

You can conquer this battle right from the starting pillar, even if youhaven't gathered enough Artifacts to boost your health. Just press theaim button and focus on the stained-glass window ahead of you to shatter it. Proceed with this for every window, while entirely overlookingRahab. Players can break each of these windows before Rahab inflictsenough damage to cause them to lose their material form. This remainsthe case even if they experience multiple unsuccessful tries.
